The journey can take between 30 minutes and 4 hours depending on which island you are travelling to. Once booked, we'll send you immediate confirmation and e-tickets, including relevant details and contact info. Check-in is possible from 1 hour before departure, and it's strongly reccommended to be at the check-in at least 30 minutes in advance.

Online bookings can be made up to 48 hours in advance and if you have any questions feel free to check out our FAQ page or send us a message.
- More than 72 hours before your first trip: Full refunds are available. You may change your travel dates for free, though you must pay any seasonal price differences.
- Within 72 hours of your first trip: A 100% cancellation fee applies. No refunds or date changes are permitted at this stage.
- After travel has started: Once you board your first ferry, if you have booked subsequent trips, all remaining sectors (including return trips) become non-refundable.
- No-Shows: If you miss your departure without notice, your fare is forfeited. If you notify South Sea Cruises before departure, they will do their best to move you to the next available trip, though this is not guaranteed.
