Journey to Mantaray Island Resort in the Yasawa Islands for a guided snorkel on one of the best house reefs in Fiji.
Departing Port Denarau at 8:45am on a high-speed catamaran with South Sea Cruises, the route passes through the Mamanuca and Yasawa Islands, stopping at resorts along the way before arriving at Mantaray at 11:35am.
With around 3.5 hours at the resort, there is time to snorkel the reef, swim, explore, and enjoy lunch at the Manta Pizza Shack. Snorkelling gear and buoyancy aids are included, and a guided reef snorkelling experience is part of the package.
Return coach transfers from most Nadi, Denarau, Vuda, and Wailoaloa hotels are included.

About the reef
The house reef at Mantaray Island Resort is widely regarded as one of the finest in Fiji. It sits directly off the front of the resort and is accessible straight from the beach, with coral formations, reef fish, and strong visibility that make it a standout snorkelling site even by Fijian standards.
A guided snorkelling experience is included in the day trip, with knowledgeable guides who know the reef well and can point out what would otherwise be easy to miss. Buoyancy aids are available for anyone who wants them, making the reef accessible regardless of swimming ability.
The journey
The catamaran ride to Mantaray is one of the longer journeys in the South Sea Cruises network, passing through both the Mamanuca and Yasawa Islands and stopping at resorts along the way.
It is a scenic trip in its own right, with views of the islands and open Pacific as you head north into the Yasawas.
